This lovely 45 year old patient came in with 20 year old saline breast implants with goals of larger breasts with more upper pole and central cleavage. She has some rippling and wants to switch to silicone. 20 years ago most of the implants we used were saline implants however over time those trends have changed significantly and now the vast majority of implants used in the USA are silicone. We have more highly cohesive gel silicone which looks and feels more natural. Revision plan was to tighten the outer bra with internal bra suturing, open her pockets towards the center, and switch to larger silicone gel gummy implants.
