This is the result of what happens when a lady needs a lift but just gets implants. This is a very classic situation and should be avoided with education. A large implant will not lift up sagging breast tissue. The implant will remain high with the breast hanging off the edge. Look especially at the lateral views to understand what is going on here. Oddly enough this lady with a poor initial result from elsewhere still was very reluctant to allow me to do the lift as she didn't want any scars. I understand no lady wants scars on the breasts but sometimes they really need to be considered in order to get a nice shape. This augmentation waa revised with pocket modifications, new implants, and a lift.
