This is a patient with a complicated history of breast surgery that began with saline breast implants placed by a plastic surgeon in Philadelphia. This patient has a complicated history of cardiac surgery prior to her augmentation leaving her with some scarring on her chest. In addition she has a significant size asymmetry from side to side. Her big concern was the shape at the base of her left breast. This is a very classic double bubble breast shape.
