They were all so friendly and great at their jobs. I was very nervous at my pre-op and surgical appointments and every staff member was kind and reassuring. I can’t recommend Dr. Sorokin and his team enough!

Radiesse is a wrinkle filler that provides immediate improvement to the skin and then continues to increase collagen production long after the treatment.
Dr. Evan Sorokin, a plastic surgeon, uses Radiesse to add volume into aging, thinning areas of the face. Patients see their youthful contours restored and results typically last about a year or more.
Board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Sorokin offers Radiesse treatments in Cherry Hill, NJ. Patients can receive treatment at their convenience. Patients can also visit the office for surgical consultations.
Radiesse is mixed with Lidocaine for a numbing effect during the treatment, but a local anesthetic may also be used before the treatment to help the patient with any discomfort. Dr. Sorokin will mark and clean the treatment sites before injecting Radiesse into the face. A treatment usually takes about 20 minutes and patients are able to return to their normal activities right away. Because of the Lidocaine, patients will have a temporary numbness or redness at the treated sites.
Radiesse provides an immediate difference to the patient’s face that will last up to one year. The ingredients in the filler will help to stimulate collagen development and production and, patients will see their wrinkles smooth out over time in addition to the added volume. Dr. Sorokin recommends patients receive treatments once a year, or whenever the patient feels the effects are significantly diminished.
A syringe costs from $700 and the total cost of a treatment will depend on the number of syringes used during the treatment. Dr. Sorokin will be able to give a better estimate of costs and financing options during the initial consultation.
Patients can expect a more dramatic result from Radiesse as it offers a large amount of volumization with injection. It also comes in a 1.5cc syringe rather than a 1.0cc syringe so 50% more product is injected per syringe.
It is a calcium based product which does not have a reversible enzyme to dissolve it. Thus, lumps or bumps cannot be simply dissolved. In addition, it is more prone to making bumps and nodules than hyaluronic acid fillers.
