This is a young lady who presented with a deflation of her left breast implant.  She had saline breast implants 12 years ago and now has a deflation.  Implants do not last forever and patients much know this when they decide to proceed with breast augmentation and future surgeries will be needed down the road.  She is shown now and 2 weeks after revision of breast augmentation placing 450cc gummy silicone breast implants.
