This is a 45 year lady who presented with a deflated left breast implant. She had her original implants 20 years earlier and noticed a deflation when she woke up one morning. She was obviously upset by the size discrepancy and sought revision. Given that she is extremely thin silicone will give her a much nicer result. Silicone feels more nature and does not ripple as much. She also wants to be a bit larger if she has to have another surgery. This is also a common request in revision breast implant surgery.
