This 26-year-old lady came to my southern New Jersey plastic surgery practice for breast enhancement. After 2 kids she had lost her natural volume and wanted breast implants to restore shape and fullness. She decided on saline breast implants and is shown before and after placement of 450cc moderate plus saline breast implants through crease incisions. Rapid recovery methods were used and she had a very quick 2-3 day return to normal activity. Tattoos have been blurred in her photos for privacy purposes. Otherwise photos are unaltered.
