Before and After placement of 325cc silicone Mentor moderate plus implants via crease incisions. In very thin ladies with very little natural breast tissue such as shown in these photographs silicone gel will give a much more natural result with much less (although not zero) rippling. In late 2016 and early 2017 Allergan has introduced newer higher cohesive true Gummy Bear implants which are perfect for cases like this.
