39-year-old lady desired fuller more proportional breasts. We met and discussed saline and silicone implants and the differences between them. Silicone tends to look and feel more natural however MRI followup is needed in order to monitor for leaks. When saline implants leak the breast absorbs saline and thus gets smaller. Typically the lady will call and say something along the lines of "My implant ruptured" or "My implant deflated" or "My implant popped" but the nice thing with saline is that no monitoring is needed as ruptures reveal themselves. This lady is shown before and after placement of 325cc moderate plus implants placed via crease incisions.
