This young lady came in for breast augmentation. She decided to get saline implants as leakage detection is simplistic compared to silicone implants over her lifetime. If a saline implant leaks the water is absorbed and the breast simply flattens out. Detection is very obvous and requires no tests or x-rays.  I went with 300cc Mentor moderate plus breast implants under the muscle. Shown are before and after photographs.
