Breast Augmentation is the most common surgical procedure that I perform in my practice. In the United States somewhere in the range of 300,000 ladies a year have this procedure. The procedure has a very high satisfaction rate with a quick, relatively easy recovery. This patient came in tired of looking flat chested and wanted to have a modest augmentation. Many women say that they would like to be either a full B or a small C depending on the bra. Some bra companies oversize all of their bras so it is always impossible to guarantee an exact cup size yet this lady wanted to be between a B and a C. She is shown before and after placement of 300cc implants.
