This is a very petite young lady who wanted proportional breast augmentation.  I see a large number of young Asian women with a similar body type very lean with little natural breast tissue.  Silicone will give a much more natural result because saline will cause rippling in a very thin patient like this.  A 310cc silicone "gummy bear" cohesive implant was used here with a very nice, pleasing result.
