This is a 28 year old lady who comes in with a very mild amount of sagginess to her breasts. Could I have done a breast lift? Sure. Would it be worth it? Well, you look at the results and decide for yourself. She could have a little more perkiness with a lift but would have had to trade that for a vertical mastopexy (lollipop) type incision in order to achieve any significant lifting difference. To me, she is very borderline for needing a lift and I guided her to simply place breast implants. Sometimes, just because you can do something doesn't mean you should. On the other hand sometimes a lady really needs a lift to get a good result and it cannot be avoided. She is shown here before and after placement of 415cc highly cohesive Allergan SCF 415 implants. I chose the SCF as the denser thicker more shaped device delivers more upper pole, which she really needs.
