Before and after. Please note she has some preexisting droop to her breasts. A lift was considered for this patient and would have repositioned the breast and elevasted her nipples. There is still some sag after her surgery as the lift was not done however she saved herself the scars that would be involved. Some ladies are borderline like this. Others really need a lift.
