This 31-year-old lady had breast implants 325cc saline that she was happy with but wanted to be just a bit larger.  Several years after her first augmentation she switched from saline to silicone and increased from 325cc to 450cc Mentor moderate plus silicone gel implants.  She is pleased with the increase in size.  Tattoos removed for privacy.
