This lady came in requesting an increase in breast size but wanted to make sure she wouldn't be too large and did not want huge breast implants!  This is actually a very common request where ladies want to look proportional and full but not very big.  This patient is shown before and after breast augmentation with 275cc moderate classic profile silicone gel implants.
