This is a 39 year old lady who came in unhappy with the deflation and sag of her breasts.  Breast implants will make the breast larger, but they do not lift the breast.  An implant increases size.  A lift moves the nipple up higher, removes excess skin at the bottom, and reshapes the breast.  Often these are combined to reach a patient's goals of a fuller, lifted, more perky breast.  This patient is shown before and after placement of 450cc allergan cohesive gel SCF implants under the muscle (submuscular) along with an anchor mastopexy.
