This is a 60 year old lady unhappy with the loss of volume and droopiness of her breasts.  She is shown before and after anchor mastopexy breast lift with a small 195cc silicone implant.    The lift removes excess skin that has fallen as well as repositions nipple and natural breast tissue.  The implant is used to give her more fullness and firmness as well as more upper pole fullness not necessarily to make her much larger.
