This patient came to see me concerned with both the size difference of her breasts as well as the difference in size. We discussed options and decided to use two different sized breast implants to adjust the size differential. In addition internal scoring and release of her internal breast tissue shape allowed for the natural breast tissue to redrape over her breast implants. This is a very important step given the shape at the base of her left breast She is shown before and after placement of a 350cc implant on the left and a 375cc implant on the right. She has a very nice early symmetrical result shown here.
