This 34 year old lady came to see me about abdominoplasty as well as breast augmentation. After considering her options she decided that abdominoplasty wasn't right for her right now given the incision involved as well as the recovery. Breast enhancement, on the other hand, with an inch long incision and a 1-2 day recovery was more up her alley!
