This 22-year-old lady was certainly not looking for very large breast implants; rather she was looking for a proportional result which would make her look and feel more feminine. Being an A cup her whole life this is something she had always wanted to do. We discussed options for breast augmentation and given that she wanted to look as natural as possible and that she also did not have much starting soft tissue coverage (natural breast tissue or fat) silicone would be a better option for her. She is shown here before and 6 weeks after breast augmentation with 375cc moderate plus silicone Mentor implants and is delighted with the result.
