Before and After breast augmentation with 325cc Mentor moderate plus silicone breast implants.  I use the Keller Funnel on all silicone breast implants to decrease incision size, decrease trauma to the implant itself during insertion, and I believe (although unproven) to decrease capsular contracture rates.
