Some ladies come in and when I tell them I recommend a specific size they tell me the number sounds too big. Sometimes a number is just a number and really shouldn't be scary. At 5'10" it takes much for volume to go from A to C or B to D than it does at 4'11" This is a very important concept that I stress and emphasize to my preoperative breast augmentation patients. This patient is shown after placement of 500cc silicone gel implants with a very nice, full, proportional result.
