This 25-year-old lady came to see me for breast enhancement. She had always had very small breasts and wanted large round breasts. I explained to her that given her small petite frame I could only safely place so much volume without injuring her breast tissue. We ultimately agreed upon 375cc high profile silicone implants. She is shown here before and after rapid recovery breast augmentation and noted a very quick several day recovery. She has gone from a 32A to a 32D bra.
