This 42 year old patient wanted to switch from saline breast implants to silicone breast implants. She did not like the feel of the saline implant as on lean patients the saline implants have a much higher likelihood of rippling. She also wanted to go up a cup size. She is shown before and after replacement of her 270cc Allergan (McGhan) saline breast implants with gummy cohesive gel Sientra silicone 485cc MP implants. She is very happy with her increased size and more natural feel of the implants.
