This pleasant patient came in concerned with the overall appearance of her breasts. They were somewhat ptotic (droopy) and had lost volume in the upper half. This is the common scenario that I see. Weight loss and pregnancies will often lead to breasts that lose volume and sag. This patient decided to have a vertical mastopexy (lollipop type breast lift) and implants. Two different sized implants (300cc and 325cc) were used to help adjust for a slight asymmetry. Please note tattoos have been removed in photos for privacy.
