This patient is very similar to many ladies who come to see me stating that their breasts have lost volume and perkiness after kids, breastfeeding, and weight loss. This is a very common problem and the solution is often a breast lift with an implant. These photos show before and after a vertical mastopexy along with a 425cc moderate plus saline implant.
