This 30-year-old lady came to see me for breast augmentation. After having kids she was left feeling deflated and wanted a natural, proportional result. We discussed options and decided to proceed with silicone gel implants placed under the muscle. Here she is shown before and after placement of 375cc moderate plus silicone breast implants.
