I originally operated on this patient 15 years ago placing her 350cc Mentor silicone breast implants.  She enjoyed them for years but came back stating that she would like to replace them with new implants and also to go a bit larger.  She was hoping to achieve more volume and more projection.  As she is quite petite the only way to go larger is to switch to a higher profile implant to deliver more projection while not becoming too wide for her chest width.  Thus I placed larger 470cc high profile Sientra gummy cohesive silicone breast implants.  Over the years breast implant technology has continued to improve and going from 4th generation implants which were a thinner gel to thicker 5th generation Sientra breast implants allows for less rippling in a more cohesive breast implant.  She is shown here at 6 weeks happy with her new look!
