Breast Augmentation: Patient 35

Breast Augmentation: Patient 35
This 40 year old had always desired larger breasts. She finally decided that the time was right to do something for herself. She decided on saline breast implants and chose to go through an axillary (armpit) incision. This incision is nice because there is no scar on the breast however in my experience has a much longer recovery than an incision in the crease or at the nipple. She is shown here six months after her augmentation.
