This 28-year-old lady came from Philadelphia to my Southern New Jersey practice after seeing several other plastic surgeons and doing a large amount of internet research. If she looks like another set of photos here it's because her twin's photos are shown in another set.  At 5'7" and about 115lbs she had very little natural breast tissue and wanted to have full round breasts. She chose silicone implants as given her lack of natural soft tissue coverage (breast tissue or fat) silicone would have much less of a propensity for rippling and feel more natural. She chose 350cc implants after looking at many photos on plastic surgeons' websites such as this one as well as using Vectra imaging and trying on sizers. She is delighted with her postoperative result shown here. Please note photos altered to remove tattoo for privacy.
