Breast Augmentation #32343

This is a 35 year old lady who is very petite (approx 110lbs) and 5'4".  She came in looking for a modest, proportional breast enhancement.  It is important to realize that the same sized implant will look very different on different body types.  Here, a 240cc implant gives her nice proportional curves.  If I placed this implant on a lady who was 5'8" and 170lbs the result would be very different.  This patient is shown before and after allergan natrelle silicone ssm 240cc moderate profile under the muscle breast augmentation via an incision in the crease.
