This 39-year-old mother of two complains of loose skin that is resistant to exercise and weight loss no matter how hard she tries.  She decided to proceed with a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) which is a surgical procedure that allows removal of loose skin, tightening of musculature, and removal of fat.
