Facelift #49447

This is a revision case. This lady had a previous neck and facelift elsewhere she was unhappy with. She is a 68-year-old female patient. Dr. Sorokin performed a deep plane facelift combined with upper and lower blepharoplasty. The deep plane technique releases and repositions the deeper structural layer of the face rather than addressing skin alone, which is particularly relevant in revision settings where prior surgery has already altered the superficial tissue. Upper and lower blepharoplasty addressed excess skin and tissue at both the upper lids and lower lids. The after photo is taken at six months post-op, when swelling has fully resolved and the tissues have settled into their final position.
