It's much harder to have patients willing to allow us to post their facial surgery before and after photographs than with body contouring surgery where their identity is obscured. This patient was the opposite and repeatedly told me that I needed to post her photographs as patients know me for my breast enhancements but not for my facial surgeries. Truth is she is completely correct as I don't post nearly as many face photographs as patients tend to be very private. This patient had a previous facelift years ago but wanted to rejuvenate her appearance. I performed a revision deep plane facelift, blepharoplasty and laser resurfacing to the face with an erbium laser. I strive to provide very natural results that do not look over "operated" as my primary goal.
