Shown here are before and after photographs of a patient before and after her breast lift. The breast has sagged after pregnancy and weight changes and the mastopexy (breast lift) is used to reposition the nipple higher on the chest wall and to remove the loose skin. The implant is used to add volume. I placed 345cc Allergan softtouch breast implants to add natural, proportional volume.
