Sometimes it is not safe to do a breast lift and an augmentation in one stage. When a breast is quite droopy and thus the areola needs to be moved several inches, placing an implant and doing a lift at the same time can be unsafe. While small lifts and implants are common, a larger lift and an implant is often staged several months apart. Here I did her breast lift then came back in 6 months to place a 485cc silicone Allergan SoftTouch breast implant and also did an abdominoplasty as part of a Mommy Makeover!
