Breast lift without implants at 3 months #41749

This patient desired perkier, uplifted breasts without using breast implants. She wanted to be smaller and perkier so that she could feel more youthful and rejuvenated. Many patients would like to avoid breast implants if possible and it is important to understand that natural tissue cannot give the high, rounded appearance of breast implants. A lift will also always make the breasts smaller. Here she has had a breast lift (mastopexy) with the traditional anchor style incisions which will continue to fade over time as she recovers. She is shown here delighted with her postoperative results 3 months after surgery.
