This 45 year old lady is shown before and after a breast lift. This is about 5 years after her surgery and the scars fade well as shown here. One thing I always point out about a breast lift or reduction is that there isn't the same round upper pole fullness that an implant achieves. She is very happy not to have the hang and excess size that is reduced in the lift.
