After multiple pregnancies and weight loss of over 50 pounds this patient was left with deflated, sagging breasts.  She noted that she wears a DD and wants to be a C cup.  Often she will wear a much larger bra cup just to hold the loose skin but there is very little firm breast tissue left.  I explained to her that all she has left is loose skin and that there is not enough tissue to create a C cup with her natural tissue and thus I recommended an implant.   She does not want an implant and thus we discussed the pros and cons of implants and what can be done with natural tissue versus implants.  She was happy to be small as long as her breasts no longer sagged.  She is shown her before and after anchor incision mastopexy breast lift and very happy with the result.
