This is a 35 year old patient of mine that after kids and weight loss was unhappy with the droop and position of her breasts. She wanted to be perkier and smaller. A lift (mastopexy) anchor incisions was performed and she is shown here before and 6 weeks after her surgery with a smaller, perkier shape to her breasts.
