Before and After Stage 1 of planned Lift then augmentation. When a breast is significantly ptotic (droopy) and has significant asymmetry often is is better to do a lift in a first surgery followed by a planned second stage augmentation. This patient is also shown in the before and after gallery after her augmentation however this is when she had the anchor lift mastopexy and is awaiting implantation. She has significant improvement in shape and sag as well as symmetry from the lift and in the next stage will receive two differently sized implants to correct volume and upper pole fullness.
