Breast Lift And Augmentation: Patient 5
This pleasant 40-year-old lady came to see me regarding a significant asymmetry as well as significant droop to her breasts. After losing weight she was left with breasts that hung at different levels and were differently sized. I explained to her that in severe asymmetry like hers the procedure is best handled in stages. First a breast lift can be performed. After this is all healed a breast augmentation can be performed as a second operation. This was the plan for this patient. Two different sized implants (500 and 600cc) were placed for the asymmetry and an anchor mastopexy was performed. She has a very nice result with significant improvement in shape and symmetry.
