Case Notes
Three months out from surgery, this case shows what a combined vertical mastopexy and augmentation can accomplish for a patient in her mid-fifties. Our patient came in wearing a B cup and left with a D. Dr. Sorokin used a circumvertical (lollipop) lift to reposition the nipple-areola complex and reshape the breast tissue, then placed 245cc Motiva highly cohesive gel implants in the subfascial plane. That placement sits between the breast tissue and the chest muscle fascia, which works well when there's adequate tissue coverage. The after photo, taken at the three-month mark, shows the nipples sitting higher on the breast mound with noticeably more upper-pole volume. Save it to your Favorites ❤️ if you want to bring it up at your consultation.
