Case Notes
This 38-year-old patient, starting at a B cup, underwent a combined breast lift and augmentation using my muscle-sparing subfascial technique. I placed 300cc Motiva highly cohesive gel implants, keeping them above the muscle to preserve the pectoralis while still providing reliable implant support. A vertical lift pattern was used to reposition the nipple-areolar complex and reshape the breast tissue. The after photo is taken at six weeks post-op, when the implants are still settling; the vertical lift scars visible around the areola and below it are expected at this stage and continue to fade over the following months. She moved from a B to a D cup. Photos shown with the patient's written consent.
