I love this example as I think it really demonstrates the difference between two different sizes and the results on the same lady. This is a patient that 5 years ago had augmentation with 325cc implants. She is 5'6" and this gives a great example of what a 34C looks like from a 34A with 325cc implants. She returned 5 years later looking for an incremental increase in size. Size exchanges are not an uncommon request in breast surgery and the nice thing is that even though they require a trip back to the operating room and new implants, they do not hurt as much. This is her initial change from A to C with 325cc implants. The next set of patient photos shows the same lady with a 450cc implant. This is very helpful to prospective patients in seeing what different volumes can deliver.
