Still dropping but looking great already! I tell my patients that it takes about 100 days on average for implants in an under the muscle location to really settle into place. The muscle and natural breast needs to stretch and swelling needs to resolve. This takes about 3 months. Here she is seen postoperatively at just under 6 weeks so not even half way there and the implants look great already but especially on the side views they haven't settled to give a nice natural slope yet. I placed 470cc high profile Sientra gummy silicone breast implants and she is enjoying her first postoperative summer in all new bathing suits!
