This patient came in after 3 kids for abdominoplasty. She was always bothered by the appearance of her abdomen and given her loose skin and separated muscles, the best procedure for her was a tummy tuck. Certainly fat can be lost with diet and exercise, but it will not address skin and muscle issues. This patient is shown before and a few months after a tummy tuck.
