This is a 37 year old patient that after 2 kids and 95 pounds of weight loss was looking to get her body back!  She is shown here before and after abdominoplasty as well as a mastopexy and breast implants.  For full disclosure the mastopexy and breast augmentation was performed in 2 stages as when a breast is significantly droopy sometimes it is best to do the lift and then the implant in 2 stages.   Often one stage augmentation and lift can be performed but if the breast is large or hangs down too far then this is better done in 2 stages.  She is shown here after augmentation, anchor mastopexy, and motive 475cc Demi profile round breast implants.
