Our patient is a 25-year-old transgender woman who came to us wanting fuller breast volume. On a petite frame at 108 lbs, achieving that fuller size safely required a higher-profile implant to deliver the volume she had in mind. We selected Motiva round full 315cc implants, placed subfascially through inframammary crease incisions using our Rapid Recovery technique. The after photo is taken at six weeks post-op.
